Check if your Wi-Fi network is actually working with other devices in your house. If they鈥檙e having problems too, it's probably your network.
Advanced tip: Go into your Roku settings and manually set up the network. You'll need to know your SSID and password.
Try moving the Roku TV closer to your router. Sometimes, the signal just isn't strong enough.
