First, try replacing the batteries or recharging the pack. Weak batteries can cause connection issues.

Check for any wireless interference from other devices. Move any potential sources away from the Xbox.

Try connecting it using a USB cable. Sometimes, it just needs a little direct connection to wake up!

Make sure the controller is synced with the console. Press the sync button on both the controller and the console.
