RNG can be a real pain. Try increasing your World Tier and tackle high-difficulty missions – better loot drops, better chances.

The Division 2's RNG is just cruel sometimes. Luck or curse? You decide. Keep at it!

Merciless can be a tough nut to crack! Make sure you're farming the right areas like missions or control points where rifle droprates are higher. Patience is your best friend here.

Ah, the elusive Merciless! It's all about RNG (Random Number Generator) in The Division 2. Just keep grinding those bosses and hope Lady Luck smiles on you soon!

Seriously, it took me WEEKS of grinding Legendary missions before I got my Merciless. It's out there – just keep at it!
