Nope! Your progress is safe because it's all stored on Zynga's servers. Just reinstall and log back into your account.

Deletin' the app won't nuke your progress if you sign back in with the same account.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it a week later. All my matches were right where I left them. Just make sure you know your login info.
