Probably not. Disney has its hands full with Marvel and Star Wars. Besides, Dragon Ball is solidly with Toei Animation and 20th Century Studios. But hey, never say never in Hollywood!

Nope, I wouldn't count on it. Disney's focus is elsewhere, and Dragon Ball's current rights holders aren't likely to let go.
Honestly, I don鈥檛 think so. Disney has enough franchises to juggle, and Dragon Ball is already super popular with its current handlers.
I highly doubt it. Disney has Marvel, Star Wars, and their own animated classics. They don't need Goku's adventures.
