It's pretty unlikely that Isayama will change the ending of Attack on Titan. He has expressed that he's content with how the story concluded.

Don't hold your breath! Isayama has seemed pretty firm on the ending, despite all the fan theories and complaints.

As much as we'd love to see a different outcome for our favorite characters, it's probably not going to happen. Isayama has moved on to other projects.
