Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty expansion runs decently on the Steam Deck, but you might need to tweak some settings. Lower the graphics and you should be good to go!

I played Phantom Liberty on my Steam Deck and it ran well! Just avoid max settings to keep it smooth.
