Nope, the PS4 isn't backwards compatible with PS3 discs. Try PlayStation Now for some titles though.

PlayStation 4 can't play PS3 game discs directly, but you can stream or download some PS3 games with PlayStation Now!

Unfortunately, PS4 won't play PS3 game discs. You can, however, check out the PS Now service for a selection of PS3 games.
