I reached out to Monomi Park once about multiplayer, but they mentioned they wanted to keep it an intimate, solo experience to focus on the core gameplay without any network complexities. So, it's all about you and those adorable slimes for now!
No official multiplayer yet... Maybe in the future by surprise? One can hope!
Currently, Slime Rancher doesn't have multiplayer, and the devs at Monomi Park haven't announced any plans to add it. Until then, it's a solo slime wrangling experience!
