As of now, there's been no official word from Bethesda on HOTAS support in Starfield. Fingers crossed, though, as it would be out-of-this-world cool to pilot your spaceship with a flight stick!

I'm a big fan of HOTAS setups, but sadly, as far as we're aware, Starfield won't support it out of the box. Maybe mods will come to the rescue!
