Nope, the Xbox One controller isn't compatible with the Xbox 360. You’ll need a 360 controller for that console!

Unfortunately, Xbox One controllers do not work with the 360. Time to dust off those old 360 controllers!

From personal experience, I've tried it, and Xbox One controllers just won't sync with the 360. Stick with what works!
