While there hasn't been any official announcement about another sports festival, the series loves returning to popular events, so it's definitely possible!
The sports festival was a big hit, so I wouldn't be surprised if they bring it back. Nothing confirmed yet though!
I doubt we'll see another sports festival soon. The story has moved on to other arcs.
