It doesn't look like there will be an Iron Man 4. Robert Downey Jr. has said goodbye to the role, and Marvel seems focused on new characters.
Unfortunately, no official plans for Iron Man 4 have been announced. But hey, never say never in the world of superheroes!
From what I've read, Marvel's slate for the next few years doesn't include Iron Man 4. But Tony Stark's legacy lives on in other ways!
