I think we're more likely to see reboots or spin-off movies rather than a whole new series. The original content covers pretty much everything!

It's unlikely we'll get a new series since 'Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood' closely follows the manga and wraps up the story nicely. But hey, never say never!
