As of now, Unknown Worlds Entertainment has no official plans to add multiplayer to Subnautica: Below Zero. Better get used to being a solo deep-sea explorer!
If you're dreaming of conquering the icy depths of Subnautica: Below Zero with a friend, keep dreaming—for now. The developers haven't announced any plans for multiplayer support.
Trust me, I've been following the updates religiously. So far, the devs are focused on single-player content only. No co-op yet.
