I cap my FPS just a bit above my monitor's refresh rate. Like, if I have a 144Hz monitor, I'll cap it at 150 FPS. Best of both worlds, smooth gameplay and no unnecessary strain on the PC. Works like a charm!

Absolutely, capping your FPS in CS:GO can actually lead to a smoother gaming experience. It prevents drastic FPS fluctuations, ensuring a more consistent gameplay. Plus, it can also reduce the strain on your graphics card and potentially lower your system's temperature. So, set that FPS cap to match your monitor's refresh rate, and you're good to go!

No way, let your FPS run wild! Capping can add input lag, and in a fast-paced game like CS:GO, every millisecond counts. You want the highest FPS possible for the most fluid experience. Why bottleneck your system if it can handle more?
