Actually caught Miraidon during the main quest. It's more of a 'gift' than a catch, tbh. No effort needed, just enjoy the journey and Miraidon will join your team.

You can't exactly 'catch' Miraidon in the usual way in Pokemon Violet. Miraidon is actually given to you as part of the storyline! So just play through the game, and you'll be united with this awesome Legendary Pokémon without needing to hunt it down.
