Just look around in the grassy areas early in the game. Petilil isn’t that hard to find if you’re in the right spot. South Province (Area Two), trust me!

Catching Petilil in Pokemon Scarlet is like looking for a tiny, leafy needle in a giant, grassy haystack. But fear not! Head over to the South Province (Area Two) or the West Province (Area One). Keep your eyes peeled in these grassy fields because that's where Petilil likes to hang out. Basically, if you stick to the early areas of the game and wander around the tall grass, you’re bound to bump into one sooner or later. Happy hunting!

South Province (Area Two) is a Petilil goldmine. Caught mine there after like, 5 minutes of looking. It's all about being in the right place.
