For Speed EVs, hit up South Province (Area Five). It's Zigzagoon city out there, and they're practically begging to give away Speed EVs. Fast and easy - that's how we like our training.

Area Zero might be the 'best' spot, but don't sleep on North Province (Area Three) for some chill Defense EV training. You'll find plenty of Rock and Steel types there. Plus, it's way less crowded than Area Zero. Who likes waiting for respawns, anyway?
