Honestly, everyone keeps saying Montenevera, but I just stumbled upon mine while exploring. Thought it was random at first. Best surprise ever!

Looking for that Soothe Bell in Pokemon Scarlet? You gotta check out the Montenevera area! It's kinda tucked away, but if you explore the town, you'll find this NPC chillin' in one of the houses who's like, 'Hey, you look cool, have a Soothe Bell!' Just like that, friendship in your pocket!
