Actually found mine by accident while exploring West Province (Area Two) near some trees. Took a bit, but it was totally worth it for evolving my Applin into Flapple. Keep an eye out for those shiny spots on the ground!

To snag a Tart Apple in Pokemon Scarlet, you'll wanna head over to the area around West Province (Area Two). It's kinda rare, but keep an eye out for sparkling spots on the ground since that's where items pop up. Another solid tip is to check out Delibird Presents shops in cities; sometimes they stock Tart Apples, so don't forget to pop in and check their inventory!

Just buy it from a Delibird Presents shop. Much easier than looking for sparkles all day.
