Honestly, it's more about luck and grinding. Got my Sylveon just by maxing out Eevee's friendship and leveling it up. The others were a bit more straightforward with the stones and locations. Remember: patience is key.

Just catch an Eevee and use the right stone; it ain't that hard. Thunder Stone for Jolteon, Fire Stone for Flareon, Water Stone for Vaporeon. For the others, just play around with the environment or time.
