Arceus isn't naturally found roaming the wilds in Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet. To get Arceus, you'd typically need to transfer it from Pokemon Home from a game where you've already caught Arceus, like Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Make sure both your Pokemon Home and Pokemon Scarlet are linked to the same Nintendo account!

I tried everything to find Arceus in Pokemon Scarlet, and it turns out, you can't. Had to transfer mine from Legends: Arceus. Reminder: you need Pokemon Home for that.

Sorry to burst the bubble, but you can't catch Arceus in Pokemon Scarlet. You gotta transfer it from another game using Pokemon Home.
