Look around the East Province (Areas One, Two, and Three) as well as South Province (Area Two). These little guys love hanging around there. Cast a line and you're likely to snag one!

just fish in any water spots in the East or South Provinces, you'll find Arrokuda in no time. It's more about patience than a specific spot tbh.

Honestly, don’t stress much over Arrokuda. You'll bump into them frequently while exploring water areas in the game. I caught mine randomly while fishing for something else!
