Barboach loves hanging out in watery areas, so check out rivers and lakes in the game. A good spot to find them is around the East Province (Area Three) near water bodies. They aren't super rare, so with a little patience, you should be able to catch one!

Got mine by fishing in South Province (Area One) - it's all about luck and timing, but they're definitely there. Keep trying!

Honestly, just wander around any body of water you see. Barboach isn't picky about its exact location as long as it's wet.
