Actually, you get Body Press from the TM Machine after you collect enough League Points (LP) and materials. You don't have to beat any bosses for it. Just keep playing, gather resources, and you'll be pressing bodies in no time!

Body Press can be found in Pokemon Violet by battling and defeating Team Star's Fire Crew boss in the West Province (Area Three). After you show them who's boss, you'll be rewarded with the TM for Body Press. It's quite the workout for both you and your Pokemon!
