Got my first Bottle Cap from a raid and was super stoked! It's like the game knew I was starting to get into Hyper Training. So yeah, raids and checking every shiny thing on the ground worked for me.

Just raid. Raiding is basically the answer to all your Bottle Cap needs. Grind enough of them, and you'll be swimming in Bottle Caps before you know it.

Bottle Caps are super useful for hyper training your Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet! You can find them by participating in Raids, where they sometimes drop as rewards. Also, keep an eye out for sparkling items on the ground while exploring the Paldea region; these can sometimes be Bottle Caps, too. Don't forget to check out the auction in Porto Marinada, where Bottle Caps occasionally pop up for sale!
