Bounsweet? Caught mine near Los Platos, in the South Province (Area Three) of Pokemon Violet. Pretty easy to find, just gotta keep your eyes peeled and wander around the grassy spots. They're not super rare, so you shouldn't have too much trouble snagging one.

Honestly, just go anywhere in the South Province (Area Three), walk around enough, and a Bounsweet will eventually pop up. They're not exactly playing hide and seek.
