Actually, there's no Butter Pokemon haha. If it's Butterfree you're after, look in forests and near flowers. Caught mine there!

I think you might be mixing things up a bit. There's no Pokemon called Butter, but if you meant Butterfree, it's usually found in grassy or wooded areas. Happy hunting!
