Charmander isn't just handed to you in the wilds of Paldea; you gotta earn this fiery little dude. After beating the game, head to the Area Zero entrance. Inside, you'll find several Pokémon from previous generations, including Charmander! Remember, they won't just show up immediately; you might need to roam around a bit or exit and re-enter the area to get them to spawn.
