Deino lurks around the North Province (Area Three) in Pokemon Scarlet. This little dragon-type is a bit shy so you might need to look around a bit. Night time or when it's overcast seem to be the best times to catch this elusive mon! So pack some patience with your Pokeballs.

Actually, I found my Deino during a rainstorm in the game! North Province (Area Three) is def the spot, but weather seems to play a part too. Took me ages, but it was totally worth it for that Hydreigon evolution.
