Eelektross is a bit of a rare find, but you can definitely catch one in Pokémon Violet. You gotta evolve Tynamo into Eelektrik first, and then use a Thunder Stone on Eelektrik to evolve it into Eelektross. Tynamo can be a sneaky little fella to find, but check out areas around the ocean or rivers in the game; they love hanging out there. Happy hunting!

IDK why everyone's making it complicated. Just trade for an Eelektross if you can't be bothered to evolve a Tynamo. Saves time.
