EXP candies in Pokemon Violet can be mainly found by battling Raid dens scattered throughout the Paldea region. These dens glow red and are hard to miss! Participating in these Tera Raid Battles not only gives you a chance at catching strong Tera Pokémon but often rewards you with a good number of EXP candies, especially the higher the difficulty of the raid.
