Honestly, just wander around the flowery areas. You'll bump into Flabébé eventually. It's more about enjoying the journey than anything else.

Flabébé hangs out in the flower fields of the Paldea region. Look for areas with lots of flowers, especially around the south part of the map. Flabébé loves colorful places, so those flower fields are your best bet. Happy hunting!
