Gardevoir hangs out in the Paldea region, just like in Scarlet, but you gotta keep your eyes peeled! Look for Ralts, its first evolution, in the grassy areas around the map. Once you nab a Ralts, evolve it into Kirlia and then to Gardevoir. Remember, Ralts loves the early morning or late evening - they're not a fan of that midday sun!

Just catch a Ralts and evolve it. Easiest way to get Gardevoir in Pokemon Violet.

I found my Ralts near a lake in the early morning. It evolved into Gardevoir later. Best morning walk ever!
