Eh, I think Goodra's overrated. Why bother with the weather when you could get other cool Pokémon without checking the forecast every two minutes?

Actually, Goodra is kinda rare, but not as hard to find as you think. You just need to be patient and maybe do a rain dance or something. Keep an eye on the weather in-game and head to places with lots of water like Casseroya Lake.
