Got Houndour by sheer luck in the South Province (Area Three) while I was night hunting for different types. Dark and nighttime, that's your best bet. Happy hunting!

Houndour can be found in the South Province (Area Three) in Pokemon Scarlet. This little dark/fire pup is more likely to show up during the night in the game, so make sure you're searching at the right time! It adds a cool vibe to your team, plus who doesn't want a fire-breathing dog?
