I just got back from hyper training my team in Montenevera! The NPC was super easy to find, right next to the Pokemon Center. Make sure your Pokemon are level 100 though, or it's a no-go.

Hyper Training in Pokemon Violet can be found in Montenevera, near the Pokemon Center! Look for an NPC inside a house who's eager to hyper train your Pokemon. Just remember, you'll need Bottle Caps to trade for the service. So, make sure to stock up on those before you head over.
