Just roam the beaches, honestly. Luvdisc is kind of everywhere if you're looking in the right places, specifically around water.

Actually, Luvdisc isn't that hard to find if you know where to look. Head over to the east coast of the Paldea region. Around the beaches there, you should see plenty of them swimming around. At least, that's where I caught mine!
