Forget Ralts, go for Kirlia in the East Province (Area Three). Higher level and evolves from Ralts anyway. Save time, catch smarter.

Good luck finding Ralts, they're like invisible almost. BUT, they ARE in South Province (Area Two). Just walk around a lot.
