Found my Staraptor near a big open field in the north! It was pretty late in the game, so make sure you've got some decent Pokémon to catch it with. It put up quite the fight but totally worth it for my team.

idk why everyone makes a big deal outta finding Staraptor, just go north lol. It's not rocket science.
