Honestly, just trade for it. If you've got friends playing, someone's bound to have an extra Dawn Stone lying around. It's quicker than hunting for one.

Find them? I just stock up on Dawn Stones from Tera Raids. Best way to get them and you get to battle awesome Pokémon at the same time. Win-win!
