Why am I getting reduced XP in CS2?

It's not a bug, it's a feature! CS2 caps your XP earnings after a certain point each week to prevent too rapid of a progression. Wait for the weekly reset and you'll be back to grinding full XP.

Just playing too much, mate. The game's got a weekly cap on how much XP you can earn at full rate. After that, you're on the XP diet plan - half portions only. Resets weekly!
