Nope, that's old news! Fallout 76 launched without NPCs, but they added them in the Wastelanders update. Now, you'll find plenty of human NPCs to interact with, get quests from, and even some you can invite to your camp. It's a whole new world!

lol yeah, there's NPCs. game was pretty empty at first but they fixed it. now u can't walk 5 mins without bumping into someone wanting to chat or give u quests.

Actually, Fallout 76 got NPCs in the 2020 Wastelanders update. Before that, it was just robots and other players. So, yeah, there are NPCs now!
