Can a crappy laptop play CS:GO?

Totally! CS:GO isn't too demanding on specs. I've seen friends run it decently on older laptops. Just tweak the settings - lower graphical details, resolution, and make sure to keep shadows at a minimum. You might not get the crispest visuals, but you'll definitely get in on the action!

As someone who’s been there, yes, but brace yourself for a less-than-optimal experience. Keeping everything at low settings is key. Also, closing background apps helps a lot to squeeze out every bit of performance from your 'crappy' laptop. Good luck, and see you in the game!

Don't bother, it's not worth the hassle. Save up for a better rig!

Eh, kinda depends on what you mean by 'crappy.' If we're talking ancient, then you might struggle. But if it's just not top-of-the-line, adjusting settings can make it playable. Just don't expect any miracles.
