Yes, you can, but why would you want to? Playing CS:GO with an Xbox 360 controller is like bringing a knife to a gunfight. You're gonna have a bad time.

Tried it once for the laughs, and it actually works! Hooked up my old Xbox 360 controller to my PC, jumped into a casual match, and it was surprisingly functional.
