Can my computer run CS:GO?

If your rig was born after 2010, it's got a good shot at running CS:GO. Valve made the game surprisingly accessible. Just make sure you've got at least a dual-core processor, 2 GB of RAM (4 GB if you're on Windows Vista or newer, because, you know, Vista), and a DirectX 9 compatible graphics card. Don't forget about 15 GB of free disk space too. If you're not rocking a potato, you should be able to enjoy those sweet headshots without much trouble!

No way, CS:GO runs on pretty much anything. I've seen toasters with more demanding specs.

Honestly, if it turns on and doesn't run Windows 95, you're probably good. CS:GO isn't exactly a resource hog.

Just to add, make sure your drivers and OS are up to date. CS:GO likes things fresh, not just your reflexes.
