Def not. Arceus lives in a totally different realm—or should I say game? Stick to hunting legendaries that are actually in Pokemon Violet. They've got some cool ones exclusive to each game!

Nope, you can't catch Arceus in Pokemon Violet or Scarlet. Arceus just isn't part of the gang in these games. But hey, there's still a ton of amazing Pokémon to catch in the vast world of Paldea!
