Honestly, EV training at level 100 feels like a waste. Should've started earlier, IMO. But yeah, you can still do it with items.

Absolutely! Even if your Pokemon hits level 100 in Scarlet or Violet, you can still EV train it. Just use items like Vitamins (HP Up, Protein, etc.) or feathers, which directly add to your Pokémon's EVs. And don't forget about Poke Jobs for EV training without battling!
