Can you play CS:GO with an old laptop?

Absolutely! CS:GO isn't super demanding on hardware, especially if you're cool with not maxing out the graphics settings. You might need to tweak settings like lowering the resolution or adjusting the graphics quality to get smoother gameplay, but older laptops can still run it. Just make sure you've got a decent processor and enough RAM (I'd say at least 4GB to start).

Nope, won't work. You need a gaming rig to enjoy CS:GO the way it's meant to be. Save yourself the frustration and upgrade!

Short answer: Yes, but... It really depends on HOW old we're talking about. If your laptop was decent once upon a time and isn't from the stone age, you'll probably manage. But don't expect to play on high settings or get the best frame rates. It's all about those graphics settings adjustments!

I've been there, played CS:GO on my ancient laptop from 2010 until last year. Lowered all the graphics settings to the bare minimum, and it was still decently playable. Didn't look pretty, but I could join in the fun without much issue. So, yeah, it's doable, just adjust your expectations and settings accordingly.
